I'm trying to get 10 expert in a row so that I can unlock the secret levels. I have all of the train levels except for level 12. No podium and no drink station. How do you keep the customers happy while trying to get the linked points for orders and serving?

My highest score is 7275, and I can't even get that most of the time.

i'm stuck on level 18 (on the train) i can't pass it people always leave big tips and i serve them desserts but i can't do it! do u know?
