my industrial fishery doesn't work like it suppose to. The gear is stuck so the production is not available. Can someone please help me. I've tried putting men to fix the building but it doesn't need repairs. Please help!

All I can suggest is exiting the game completely and coming back. In complicated games like this, that almost always clears up such glitches.

If that doesn't work, close your entire operating system and open it again (what old people like me call rebooting).

Otherwise, unfortunately the only choice is to start the whole game over.
