Filling Station - Traffic Pylon

I enjoy these Mystery PI games but am stuck early on at the Filling Station where I can't find the last item - a traffic pylon. The "hint" says it is on the right of the right hand bowser but if that's the case, it is out of my picture!!! What can I do?
