Cinderstone help needed

I have the collectors edition of Cinderstone Orphanage but I can't seem to find the first "town"
postcard in the rubble blocking the doorway. I have clicked all over the area where the strategy guide says it is, but mine doesn't seem to be there. Any help would ge fantastic.
