I can't find Phato

I'm stuck between a task for Mike and finding Phato. I seem to be wandering aimlessly, not knowing how to proceed. I talked to the shaman but didn't remember what he said. There is no direction for me to continue. What do I do?

Did you figure it out? I'm stuck on the same thing and can't find the answer on the internet. How do you give Shaman a gift?
