letter to go to 2nd kingdom

I have completed the drawbridge and the tower quests. All I have left are kindome restore and the 13th marble. But the king won't give me a letter! I even restarted the game and here I am again! Anybody else have this problem?

Yes, I can't seem to get the Letter Quest to trigger after finishing the Tower defense and the drawbridge. Just need to find all the marbles.

I had this same problem. You need to be sure to have all your people (20) & soldiers (10). Mine wasn't counting the soldiers right--it said I had 8 but I really had 10. So once I figured this out I built another barracks, got two more soldiers and voila! The king gave me the letter. Good luck!
