why i cant dig the totem

i've put my full scientists there but they said still need research,,, help me please anybody,,, i'm stuck here,, and it's getting bored,there's no more task,,, dunno what to do... >,<

Which totem are you trying to dig? I am happy to help but I can't if I don't have a better feel for where you are in the game.

For the one that tells you to dig, I used a scientist who'd gotten a little building experience. She'd said she wasn't any good at it, but I discovered--as the Walkthru here confirms!--that just making her try again worked.

But that shouldn't actually be necessary--again, according to the same Walkthru, a skilled scientist should be able to manage all of them.
