Episode 3, Level 4

I cannot figure out how to put out the fire on the storehouse and also do not see where any quick sand is to fill in. I have played this level so many times and cannot beat it at expert without the storehouse. HELP!

also, the walkthrough says that I have to put out the fire that is blocking the storehouse. Even withall fires out and everything completed, it still says "blocked"

Look at the right-most corner of the storehouse, just to the right of that is the quicksand.
