irrigate the land

Is it just me or do these posts keep getting repeated.
If u get the saloon before the bandits arrive you get the saloon when I found that out I didnt bother to even buy a saloon.

There's a mission you have to complete then it unlocks the irrigation at the General Store. Irrigate that dry patch between the two posts north of the train station. You have to shoot up the saloon to actually get rid of the bandits
