Does joy do anything?

When its not required by the level, will joy do anything for you?

Yes! The more joy you have, the quicker people will pay their rent. So if you need money, it's not a bad strategy to increase joy. Hope this helps!

how do you increase joy.. I am stock at level 20
need 30 joy but have 15 with the 3 fountains.
