Need help Level 2-12

There are 3 different station to go to on this level 12. I cannot do anything on 2 of them. I go to the level where the kitties are and once i gather them all and hit the mark to go to the next level below the computer shut off. I cannot go any futher in the game. I am needing to know what i am doing wrong or if there is a defect?

Same here, but started using again today and now seems okay

I can't get thru this level. I get the bird to level 2, get the blow torch...but run out of time before I can remove the rock where the key is. I have tried everything. I follow the cheats...just don't know how to run any faster to have at least 2 to 3 seconds left to torch the rock...HELP!!. I'm getting really frustrated. I've done this level at least 20 times and I still run out of time. If I could get that key, I'd finish the level...HELP!!
