Is there a bug in the game?

I keep getting stuck in the game after visiting Alan's office, i cannot find the slot to put the security guard pass in and when i ask for help it tells me to search for 5 mirrors. I have already done that and put them in the cemetry. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times and have the same problem
