How do you get to the cat bottom left on left screen? I cannot break rock to swing over. And I cannot dig to get it. Please help

Are you sure you have the right level, Clogged Arteries? I ask because I can't find what you are looking for. The kitty on the far left, left screen is not trapped on the level I'm looking at.
