Episode 3 Level 6 - No Mine?!?

I have enjoyed this game up until I got to a stage that does not appear to have a mine and I cannot finish building the road to move forward. Clearly, other people have passed this stage, so is there a mine on this level, and if so where? If not, how do I get out of this stage?!? Thanks!

Sorry, I meant there doesn't seem to be a quarry.
