Super Granny 5 - Garden level 19

Help! I can't get to the upper levels on the right side. Any suggestions?

If this is Mulch for the Win, then you need to go up to the top on the left while carrying your purse and go across the monkey bar to the right. Drop down to the right and take out the man-eating plant to the right. Drop down to get a watering can and climb the vines to get to the plant just to the left of where the bad plant was.
