Have you tried the walkthrough? If so, perhaps you could give me some more information.

1.Build warehouse
2.Wait to pick up resources and only pick up what you need until you get the additional resource bonus
3.Upgrade shack to cottage
4.Chop wood in both directions
5.Build barracks
6.Use additional resource bonus
7.Work over to the sawmill in the upper left and repair
8.Build the center bridge
9.Build the hunting lodge
10.Keep chopping wood to get enough to build bridge over to the lower sawmill and repair it
11.Build the right bridge and pick up the resources.
12.Work evenly to finish.
