Level 12

I have completed level 12 but the game isn't moving on to level 13

Well, that's not good! Hopefully this has resolved itself as my suggestion would be to exit the game and start it up again. If you are still having problems, let us know and I'll do some research for you.

I'm sorry I can't be of more help. It shouldn't make a difference with whether or not you have purchased the game. I would take a look at the forums over at Big Fish or the developer's site to see if this is a known issue with a fix. Good luck!
