i have three children right now and one went to college what will happen if the person who went to college comes back and the two children are still there? will the have to move out?

the college kids dont come back, but eventually they go to college or are taken by talent scouts. the only way to get them back is to wait until the parents die so they can inherit the house. only one can get the house.
