Upgrading to Full Version...

I started a family on the trial, but I am doing so well and wondering if I upgrade to the full version, will I keep my current family? I would like to keep them and will stay on trial until I can't go any further with this family. Thanks!

I have the same problem! I have lots of money in the bank but the game wont let me purchase upgrades or medicine it says I need to download the full version but will I still have the same family this is my third generation!

Is it really possible? Thanks!
